What to Bring to a Powder Coating Consultation

Our powder coating service has so many applications, that every project we work on is always different from the next. Because of this, it is always important to ensure you can provide us with as much detail as possible when speaking to us about your requirements. Here are a few things that would be useful to bring to a consultation:

A Dimensional Sketch

The more in-depth you can be, the better, so a fully fleshed out dimensional sketch or blueprint is ideal. We need to know the length, width and height of the item/s.

A Photograph of The Parts

Of course, it isn’t always possible to carry a large piece of sheet metal around and into your consultation, so a good quality photograph can be good to use as a reference when discussing your needs.

Any Special Requirements

Does your item need masking in certain areas? Do you want more than one colour? Every project we complete is bespoke to each client's needs, and we can usually accommodate for complex and in-depth items, as long as we know about them during the consultation.

Colour Choice and Finish

Our powder coating service comes with an endless choice of colours, so you can achieve a durable and flawless finish that also looks incredible. While it is not vital to know the exact colour you want for your item/s, it is good to know a rough estimate.

These don’t only help us to create a comprehensive plan, but also allow us to make an accurate quote. If you don’t have a solid idea in your head, don’t worry! Our skilled team can help you with the design process, after all, we’re the powder coating pros.
